The in-depth study of the small producer sector and actions to be applied by the Government in order to support the development of the SME sector.

This study was conducted under the auspices of the Alliance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from Moldova. It makes a complex analysis of the SME situation and the impact of COVID pandemic on the sector, with an increased focus on the situation of small producers.

The primary objective of the study is to reveal the key trends in SME dynamics in the context of the pandemic and to identify the most important barriers/constraints in entrepreneurial activity and in terms of generating certain short and medium-term solutions in support of SMEs.
