On February 1st in Monitorul Oficial appeared the new Law regarding the regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova.
The document also comes to systematize the legal provisions of Law No. 200 of 16 July 2010 on the regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova and the Law No 180-XVI of 10 July 2008 on labour migration into a single law.
